Going down hill since turned to condos

I purchased a one bedroom, 768 sq feet for 115,000 with remodeling. The place looks great but the work was done cheaply and carelessly so paint is chipping, cabinets are breaking, and the tile has even come up near the bathroom. Also, there are serious water problems through out the property that are not being handled so I would get flood insurance and wait until they have reroofed and solved leaking basements and flooding courtyards. The management tries to get you to not put in formal complaints so that they can constantly put-off your requests, extremely annoying. Also, it used to be great for growing families because of forest preserve and courtyards but the association office is constantly putting notes out discourageing our once friendly neighborhood. I would never recommend this to anyone i knew.
