Nice place, poor construction

I purchased my 1 bedroom condo in Aug 2008 and have only been here 6 months, and I have cracks in my ceiling, the walls in my bedroom, grout coming off the bathtub, the floor is sinking, and leaks in the roof leaving water marks and chipped drywall from my ceiling, I tried to talked to At Home Realty about it and maintenace and havent received any responses, I took pics and sent a complaint to the Attorney General of IL.
