I read so many bad reviews about this place before moving into it sight-unseen from Florida last August. While I must admit it isn't perfect, Waterfall Glen is a very nice place to live. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Work orders are usually handled on the day that they are made. Police patrol the parking lots often. The appliances could stand to be upgraded but the size of the apartment is splendid for the price paid. I truly enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for safe, quiet, affordable housing.
