Unfortunately I current live in the Waterfall Glen Condos - building 34. Our building has a TON of mold and it is making my family sick. I am in need of more statements from tenants that can verify the that there was water leaks in the building as well as visble mold before my family moved. It helps me out more if you can verify for my specific building but I will take any proof that any of these buildings have pre-existing problems. Please Please Please Help Us!!!

I live in building 34, and I just wanted to take a moment and personally thank everyone for all that they do. My husband and I have noticed a wonderful change in the staff. Our concerns are always taken care of in a professional and timely manner. We are very please with the new staff. Keep up the ghe great work and thank you. jm&bc

I currently live in Watefall. I've been asking them since March of the year to fix the hot water the was at a full run in my second bathroom. For one reason or another the previouse appts were never kept. Finally I told them to please make repairs to the water, stopped sink and the AC while I was on vacation. Needless to say it wasn't done and when I returned home after being on vacation for over a week, the hole back of my apartment was covered in mold. It was every where. On my sheets, shoes, walls, and carpet. I stayed the night in a hotel becuase I wasn't sure it was safe. They've had to tear down my walls and I'm in the process of getting a budget together for the things that will need to be replace. I've got small children and I was very upset about this. I'm documenting everything because I have a feeling we're going to be going to court the get my things replace.
