The apartment is in poor condition. The cabinets are old and broken on the corner. There are cracks in ceiling. In winter after snow, there was leaking from the ceiling. Maintenance was very poor. It takes several days for maintenance to take care of your unit.
Besides you will receive a bill of several hundred bucks for repainting the apartment after you move out. And you will be charged $200 for cleaning the carpet if you didn't give the management the cleaning receipt. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone.
