I totally agree with the reviews. When I moved in here last year, I had a very bad experience with the former management. The staff were so rude. I won't be suprise if that is the main reason why they were let go when the new management took over. I have spoke with several tenants about them and to no suprise, nobody liked them. The rental office stinks! It was so disorganized and smells like cigarette because those people doesn't do anything but smoke. The locks at both entrance doors in my building did not get fix until the new management.
When I received the memo that a new management is taking over, and that we have a new Property Manager, I was so relieved.....!
Now, with the help and hard work of the new people running this place, everything seems to be working out great. It is such a wonderful feeling knowing that your landlord is doing something right... not just collecting rent!
I would totally recommend this place now...

Well for what it's worth I have to say that my daughter lives there as well & her experiences have not been quite so rosey. She has an apartment in the section that has not been rehabbed & was assured a year ago that the rent increase for her lease renewal would not be extreme nor would it be anywhere near what the newly rehabbed apartments monthly rental. Here it is a year later and her increase was over $50.00 per month. She is a mere $9.00 under the going rate of the rehabbed apartments. The wash machines in her building are continuously broken and management has been telling her for 6 weeks that they cannot reach their maintenance man. The painting that was done in the hallways is almost comical. They painted the tenants doors closed right along with the walls & later when the doors were opened the paint literally ripped pieces off the door. What a mess & it's been left that way for months. I could go on & on about the inefficient air conditioners that are ancient & barely work, the noise, the upstairs neighbor that put up a clothes line on their balcony & dries their laundry out there, etc ... but I'm sure an intelligent person can catch my drift here! If this is someone's idea of good management/good business ethics, I'm sorry but you must be wearing rose colored glasses!
