Worst apartment I lived so far The apartment is in poor condition. The cabinets are old and broken on the corner. There are cracks in ceiling. In winter after snow, there was leaking from the ceiling. Maintenance was very poor. It takes several days for maintenance to take care of your unit.

dont believe what you read here! Before i moved in this site scared the crap out of me! i have been living at Waterfall Glen for 2 months and i LOVE it! i have ZERO problems, the management staff is amazing and so is maintenance. I couldnt ask for a better place to live.

I own condo conversion for the past 6 months.Never had any problems since this roof started to leak. Very hard to communicate with property management due to roof leak, never calls back, never knows whats going on when you call them back. Seems like nobody cares. Property management lady
