Great Place to call home - I am reading the reviews on this site, and I am dumbfounded. STAY AWAY I think the people who live at Rocwood can't get an apartment anywhere else. Rocwood will rent to any crack head, crack dealer, drug attict prostitute that can stay sober long enough to fill out an application.
