I have had nothing but a great experience living at AMLI @ Seven Bridges. I recently saw the last review of these apartments and was both angered and annoyed. The review simply does not give justice to these apartments. If these complaints are legitimate, then why are they left "annonymous'" The fact of the matter is as follows:

1. Brand-new
2. Made from concrete construction
3. Run by a company who has been in business for 20 years
4. Every apartment INCLUDES indoor parking (there is no extra charge)
5. Service requests are fulfilled within 48 hours (otherwise AMLI will pay your rent!)
6. Washers and Dryers in every apartment
7. AMLI has its own in-house cleaning service. Thus, the community center smells good and looks good all the time. The buildings' hallways smell good and look good all the time, etc...
8. Secure entrances and garages (there is a closed-circuit camera in the lobby!)
9. Wonderful location! You are in walking distance to an IMAX movie theater, Starbucks, Krispy Kremes, huge Fitness Center, Quizno's Subs, several major expressways
10. 24 hour, 7 day access to AMLI's own business center and fitness center
11. Freight elevator to make move-ins quick and simple

I could go on and on about why I love my home so much. I would hope others who live here would leave their comments. I know I have many happy neighbors. It's a shame one annoymous review has to ruin it. In the end, you will need to decide for your self. My thoughts ARE legitimite and that's why I left my e-mail address. Are you serious? I've lived there for 4 years and I have had numerous complaints. In the beginning it was great, but then they moved a smoker right next door to me. The smoke gets into the vents and the hallways now stink at all times. I've had service requests that they don't even bother to fulfil until a week later. They claim they didn't get a call. When I've called them, they say they return my calls and they don't. The garages are sometimes open all night because the door doesn't work. What kind of security is that when someone can just walk into the garage and surprise anyone getting out of their car? I agree it's a good location, but that's about it. I thought about leaving my email address to show a legitimate complaint, but I really don't want anymore contact with this place. Signed: 4 year resident who's had it!
