Probably One Of The Best in The West Suburbs

Overall this is a very good apt complex, when compared to others in the area. I would rate the staff''s attention higher than the apts themselves..I had a few issues with noise from a neighbor but they did take care of it - no complaints there. The dogs in the building issue is unfortunate. I think it was probably a mistake to allow dogs in a 7 story high rise in the first place. Frankly I do not undertand why dog owners want to subject dogs, especially big dogs to living in a a highrise building with no real place for the dog to play!..There is definitely an advantage to living on the golf course side in terms of view and quiet - wish I had chosen that instead of inside courtyard. Cost to heat and cool the place was VERY LOW, and since Ihad the underground parking there was no problems with that. In general, I think alot of people who write negatively about these new units, have unrealistic expectations about what $1000 bucks buys in the western suburbs today....hey, you want something a little cheaper and WAY CRUMMIER' just go rent down the street at FOUR LAKES - that experience will sour you on renting an apt FOREVER>
