I was one of those who wrote one of the better reviews, but I have to agree with the posting below, the air conditioners are really stuck in a stupid place.

Over Summer I had to keep the bedroom windows closed overnight because the AC outlets are posted right next to the bedroom window so even if mine is switched off my neighbours above and below me had theirs on and they're so noisy that its hard to sleep

Plus the walls aren't that sound proofed I frequently hear the low bass notes of my neighbours cinema sound and at 4am another neighbour plays some very loud music which just about makes it through the wall

I used to live there and I too heard my neighbors bass through the walls. On more than one occassion I politely asked them to keep their music and bass to a reasonable noise level. Look at your lease, you will see very clearly that disturbing other residents with loud music, parties, etc. is strictly forbidden. I would ask them to turn down the music, if they give you grief, refer to the lease, then have management get involved. Happy living!
