Lived here almost and SO ready to leave. Had to one of bathrooms fixed within 1st month of living there. Had to pay the electric bill for the maintenace crew from the complex using there equipment that ran for 24hours for a full week. MANAGMENT HAS NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. People have received numerous bills over and over for things that were from previous residents. We received a $280 utility bill that was for residents that lived in the unit 4 months before we moved in. Got the same notice from them 5 times and had to show proof each time that it wasn't ours. All managment said was we are sorry, there are problems with our computer system. I wonder how many people receive bills and have paid them not knowing that it wasn't there bill. SCANDALS. I will admit the clubhouse and parking is good. A bit pricey for the Sq Footage. Work out rooms great, same with security. If you can get past managment problems and listening to your neighbors play music, no matter what volume then this is the place for you. Never Again P.S. Don't be fooled by the sales scheme "we only have a few apts. left" Barely anyone lives here and maybe 4 cars in the under garage. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT OFFERED
