Average Environment - Poor Management

When I moved to this area I thought the amenities were nice, etc. However, as time went on more policies and rules were being created almost weekly. They slip notices under your door constantly.
The management acts in a cover-their-ass type management style, always adding more paperwork to the 16 or more page lease instead of being pro-tenant. Be careful when moving in...ask lots of questions.
First this environment was described as pet-friendly, now they are grand-fathering them out. (Particularly dogs). They created twelve visitor parking spots after I moved in to share between two buildings (6520/6530), and added a new car sticker policy. They want you to refer people to live here, but then make it unliveable. They want you to notify them every time you have someone parking over 24 hours or even "visiting pets". They don't seem very supportive of overnight visitors.
When I first moved here, I wasn't even allowed to see a comparable apartment to the one I was going to move in to until I made a BIG fuss one week before moving in. That's extremely inappropriate.
Good luck!
