My advice... if you're moving into the dog building, make sure you meticulously inspect the carpets, etc. I moved into the dog building in July, I do not own a dog. I didn't notice it when I moved in but the carpets were not cleaned well enough and I still have gray animal hair appearing despite my best efforts to clean.
If you're not used to noise I would not recommend the 3rd floor apartments near the road. In the summer teens walking to and from the movie theatre are very loud. Also you will hear noise from the garage on the third floor. If you're on the end, you'll hear the garage door open each and every time.
Make sure you see the actual unit you're moving into. Duh, right' Well I looked at "almost" the same unit, but square footage wise it was a little smaller than the one I wanted to move into. Come to find out the "bigger" unit has less closet and storage space than the "smaller" unit. Kind of a bummer.
So why do I still live at Amli' I love my apartment. I live in a corner unit and it's great to have all of the natural light. You're going to pay more to heat and cool the unit because of the windows but it's worth it. I like that my kitchen has the faux wood floors. The bathroom is very big - love the tub.

So you rate them a 3.0? Office staff should be a big fat ONE or ZERO. Be honest now.
