After reading some of the negative reviews, I decided I really needed to post a positive one. I have been living at Amli almost two years now. Before I moved it I was able to see the EXACT unit I would be living in. I signed up in January and moved in in April. I would suggest planning ahead because it worked out well for me. Had a lot of units to choose from and was able to inspect my unit weeks in advance. The management company has been nothing but cordial to me. Small issue with the accounting when I first moved it but it was quickly resolved. I agree that there is a lot of noise from the movie theatre/parking lot across the street so if you are a light sleeper, be careful about the unit you choose (mine does face the movie theatre). However, I benefit quickly from being on the 7th floor where the noise is reduced. Worth the extra rent. Highly recommend the garage parking. Visitor parking can be a pain. Good Luck!

Small issue with the accounting? Yeah, it's a small epidemic. Read the other reviews. They almost robbed us of over $800 at signing, how about you? Or, the womanizing sales rep who got canned? What a prick. Glad he got fired! Galavanting at night on the grounds 'showing apartments', yeah right. Let's see, pay extra rent for a quiet apartment. CHECK. Seventh Floor, which means you're on the TOP, and nobody is renting ABOVE YOU. Lack of outside parking, you're right!!! and chose indoor parking where they rape you on the fee, and threaten to tow your car if it isn't exactly in the white parking lines, even if NOBODY IS PARKED ON EITHER SIDE OF YOU, EVER. Glad you could see the exact unit you would be moving into, as opposed to every other apartment out there that will do the SAME THING.
