I have lived here for two years and we really liked the apartment and the complex, aside from the parking outside which is nearly non-existent. If you can afford the $75 per month, per car, parking fee, take it. Otherwise, you will have to park by the office most of the time.

The office staff is rude and EXTREMELY unresponsive. I put a call in two weeks ago and have still not heard back from them. That wasn't the first time they didn't return my call either. They act like you are a bother to them. No wonder nobody ever goes to the community functions they provide. I don't won't to see them more than I have to.

The apartment had toilet issues that they have attempted to fix about 4 times. The shower provides hot water for about 3 minutes then turns cold. The toilet also runs constantly. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom to provide ventilation, therefore mold is easily grown.

Overall, the staff made me HATE this place. We might have stayed otherwise.

There are fans in every bathroom that constantly circulate the air, they are quiet however that may be why you didn't notice it.
