I this place is pricey but much nicer compared to other complexes in the area.

I would move back here again, unless it was on the 7th floor. They make such a huge deal about the 9" of concrete inbetween the floor and that you will never hear the people above you.

WRONG

I have spent the last year hearing every little footstep the people above me make. They must have kids too because all hours of the day and night I hear endless footsteps. We have called the office many times to complain but they do nothing but say oh we are surprised since the concrete. I offer to let them come hear for themselves since there is never a silent moment, but instead they sit idle doing nothing.

Our rent was high to begin with, and when they sent our renewal rates recently, they were a joke. The mortgage for the first home I just bought is less than the new rates they have here for our 2 bedroom corner apartment.

I agree, when I lived there I would hear the person's alarm going off above me every morning! Kind of a waste of money if ask you ask me.

You rate them far too high. The management is nothing but a bunch of women who don't know what the hell they are doing. You gave the review you did and then a rating of 3.0? Safety a 4.0? No way, there are vandals and weirdos hanging out at entrances, and two women were attacked there. Parking is not a 3.0 either. Your review is off by far. Based on the words you wrote, it should be as such. Parking: 1 Maintenance: 4 (Good crew, hard working and very kind) Construction: 3 Noise: 1 Grounds: 3 Safety: 2 Office Staff: 2 (How much did they raise your rent?)
