I have been living here for almost a year and now its time to extend the lease. I might shift in a 1 bed apartment 1 bath as i don't need 2 bed and it might cut down some rent and utility bills.

Pros:

Yes, It is "Expensive" (as i read in other reviews too), but bet you will start loving this place. Summers are cool - you can workout in the gym(would rate 4 stars to the gym... they also keep adding new equipments with your poll)/use the pool/go for long walks near the seven bridges with the golf course and panaromic view ... winters are warm - you can use the entertainment center and gym and there is this edward fitness center just adjacent to amli (i would really recommend that too - *espc if you are a new mom/pregnant*)...coz its soo lively outh there... i could go walking to the center.. keep my baby in the day care(they have day care too) and loose some pounds that i gained.. there is Starbucks, dry cleaners, IMAX - all at a walking distance...

OK, The Maintenance staff is really helpful.. if you register on the community list, you will even get e-mails for your left package and other utility bills.

Grounds are v clean... v beautiful during the fall !
Cons:
It is expensive... i love this place soo much that i can afford not going for weekend getaways and stay at HOME rather.

Walls are thin... you can almost hear the elevator beep if you stay near it..
And you also need to be careful before yelling... :D

Utility bills might shoot up surprisingly.

U may want to take a parking spot in the garage as we've never got a parking near our bldg. but again theres monthly charge for it :)
