I've been a resident at AMLI at Seven Bridges for 3 years - this is the BEST apartment I have ever lived in! It's modern, the maintenance staff and office staff are excellent, and it is beautifully maintained. Every time I get a package delivered the girls in the office email me to tell me it's there, and if I can't get there before they close they will put it inside my apartment if I ask them too! Also, in the winter - the maintenance guys have the parking lot and the sidewalks plowed and salted by 6 a.m., something that was never done at other places I've lived. And when it comes to the parking - I've driven around at night and there are always spaces available - sometimes not right in front of my building - but that's why I got an indoor parking spot this year for $67.00! All my friends pay $100.00 or more at their communities - as far as I'm concerned $67.00 is cheap! I just pull into my spot and take the elevator up to my apartment - it's perfect!

Yes, they can be nice sometimes, but wait until you have to move out! They will try to charge you for stains on carpeting, marks on the wall, stains on the stove, etc. Make sure you take pictures of everything when you move out. Also, don't believe them when they tell you that you don't have to be at the walk-through. That's just a ploy to get you to sign off and then they'll try to charge you for whatever they can think of.

I had no problems moving out, but then I did spend about 2 days filling up holes, cleaning down surfaces
