Bad Management Staff

Things started off great at AMLI at Seven Bridges. From 2005 to 2007, the management was great. A nice, helpful staff that planned fun events like free nights at the movies. Then the staff completely turned over people and everything went downhill. No more fun events. No more being helpful. No more being nice. If you go into the office to ask a question, you get a blank stare. Need a package that was delivered' Plan at least 10 minutes, as they can never find them in the store room.
Parking is crazy expensive. $77 or more for 1 spot. Parking outside is always crowded and can be hard to find a spot after 5pm or on the weekends.
The maintenance staff has always been great. I've never had a problem that they didn't fix immediately. They are kind and also say hello in passing.
The workout center needs a lot of help. Machines are always breaking and there aren't enough. Same goes for the computer center. The computers are always broken or the internet connection doesn't work. The printer will only print from one computer. Need help' You'll have to ask the management staff, where again you'll be met with a blank stare and a "um, sure, we could look into that."
The grounds look nice and are safe overall, but nothing special. People are always propping open the doors instead of keeping them locked. And newspapers get stolen pretty often.
If your neighbors like loud music, you'll need to learn to love loud music. Same goes for smoking. There are 1-inch cut-outs under the doors from the hallway, so smoke (or any other smell, such as cooking) will come into your apartment. It also comes in through the vents, or if you leave your balcony door open. Enjoy the second-hand smoke!
And be careful about your lease. If you ask questions, they will tell you what you want to hear. But when you actually take action, they will stick you with all the fees. Very unprofessional to work with.
