I have only lived here for about 6 months but I have had no problems. All is good. I have great neighbors who have been here longer and have told me they do not have any problems. My children enjoy the other children in the community, and it is great to get them together to swim in the summer time. I feel very safe here and I would recomend Dynasty Pointe Apartments to anyone.

Sounds like a great place! By chance, could you please share with me your average electrical, gas, and water bill with me? Are any utilities included in the rent price? Please help me out, I am seriously interested but want to hear from a tendant! I'll buy you a beer when I move in!
