My partner and I just moved in to Dynasty Pointe Apartments. We had a couple things that we noticed needed fixed when we moved in but they were taken care of in a very timely manner. We have lived at a couple of the other complexes on Janes and Dynasty Pointe does not even compare. We are living luxury compared to what conditions we were living in. We were also very happy when we viewed the model and were told the apartment we would be moving in to was the same. Our apartment is in the same great condition. We are really happy here and do plan on staying at here for a while.

so saying here tha you moves just in... on my post you replayed that you been living here 5 years?? feel your mistake on covering up?

If living here is living luxury then i would really hate to see where you use to live. I not saying that the apartments are bad the floor plans are nice but the place hads roaches and they are not just in the apartment they are in the hallway. The outside of the complex is vey nice and the apartment are nice but they have roaches BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

my apartment doesn't have roaches or any other bugs, we have a beautiful view of the pool and the park, the grounds are well maintained, and my neighbors are nice and quiet, we don't here a pin drop after dust, the trees are beautiful, i don't know what complex you live in my i have been here for 3 years and its ok, never had a problem other than someone keeps breaking the door knob. anytime i have a problem it is fixed instantly but haven't had many problems, we had our blinds replaced and the fridge, and they was replaced immediately.
