I have been at Dynasty Pointe for almost 5 years. I have seen 4 Office Managers within that 5 years. The office staff have always been helpful and courteous!! Jonah, is amazing!! Vijai has always been helpful and understanding!! I appreciate that. My kids really like it here!!! The mold is a big problem, but they always seem to fix it around inspection time!!! lol. I've never had to much of a problem of getting things fixed!!! The dishwasher is very old, but what do you expect for the price. I think The office staff has done a good CLEANUP job from how it use to be...
