Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The service is too bad. They promose, but don't provide any service/replacement on time. I had to call them atleast 5-10 times for each issue I had.

If you have patience to call them multiple times/days, wait for few days on any service request - these apartments are good and cheap.
