Do not move here!

I have lived here for almost 1 year and i cant stand the problems i have had living here. The apartments are nicely sized, i believe i was living in an updated model i would hate to pay this much for anything else. The downside is the ceilings crack in several sections, the dishwasher clogs as well as the drains in the bathroom every other day,the toilet has never flushed right after 3 months and is permanently stained yellow for obvious reasons and doesnt flush when you need it to and they said they fixed it 5 times this month and the problem still remains, anytime there is a snow/thunderstorm the electric goes out on the whole block hard to imagine living right next to electrical towers(possible cancer if live for years under these power lines) and every appliance is electric so you cant do much of anything, the parking is a nightmare and nobody has respect for nice cars older people fling their doors open and dent/scratch your paint(i have picture proof)my car has been broken into 2 times within the last 3 months and management does not care about you or your losses, they just clean up the glass a few days later, both police officers told me that they dont tell everyone renting that this is a section 8 housing welcome complex and half way housing, so renter beware if you have nice cars because you are a target to these people, many younger kids are moving in because of cheap living and party and blare music up and down the street, the doors are not secure at entrances either they can be pryed open at will, very unsafe environment, and if you have friends dont invite them over because even thought there is no security on staff they enforce towing at all expenses if you are not a tenant with a visible parking pass, my friend stayed the night after the superbowl and his car was towed even though hew had a guest pass, they dont care to look around the car first, if they dont recognize the car then its gone $150-200 a tow. The water heater is in the unit and the size of a toilet bowl taking up cabinet space in the kitchenso hot water goes in 10 minutes if you are living alone its fine but 2 people is too many for a nice shower. Patio doors and windows leak freezing cold air in the winter and the heat only is felt in the kitchen/dining room area, bedrooms are heatboxes in the summer and window fans dont fit in these oversized windows. We were promised a disposal and never had once, previous renter had it removed and never was re-installed leaving the sink not being able to drain sometimes. The hallways have no ventilation and stink all the time. The laundry prices keep being raised from time to time, only 1 wash and 1 dryer so multiple loads take about 3 hours for 3 loads if someone doesnt get there first, the room is smaller than a closet and if you dont drop the door open you could pass out from the fumes in there.
