The towing company that this complex hires is money hungry. I was so upset when my boyfriend stayed overnight and his car was towed the next morning even though he had a parking pass. They will find any excuse to tow your car. I've talked to many people living here who have had the same problem. Dynasty Pointe allows you only 2 passes at a time that last 2 weeks, but if you want a visitor to come over after office hours (after 5pm) then your are pretty much screwed. Their car WILL get towed. I've talked to the manager of the complex and they are very rude about this subject even though THEY are the ones that supply the parking passes that get overlooked by the towing company that THEY hire. It's $150 besides the day off of work and the drive to arlington heights.
