Maybe I'm in a good building, but I like it here. I've only been here for about a month, so if anything changes I'll be sure to update.
I read such horrible reviews on here and was afraid to move here, but I was running out of options. The rent is a great deal for the location and space (I'm in a 2 bedroom and it's pretty spacious, large living and sleeping areas). The buildings are old. It's standard apartment fare. How nice your place is inside is up to you - that's true of anywhere you live. The only time I hear my neighbors is when someone is walking to their apartment through the hallways.
Also, I question some of the negative reviews... What do you expect from an apartment' Even if you pay out the a** for a "luxury" apartment it's still an APARTMENT with a lot of other people living around you. I'd rather be saving money for a home of my own than pay over a grand a month on something that won't be mine.
