1) Low cost: They have specials, i.e. 3 months free for 12 months lease, running year long; I guess they tried too hard to get people in, as I constantly over heard management calling people for rent arrangement while I picking up package at the office.

2) Buildings are nice and spacials; heating is very good in the winter;

3) The look could be intimidating with trouble-looking people hanging aournd, especially after dark, but I hadn't had a safety problem; actually I feel quite safe;

4) Most of the staff (except the manager, and a few others) are nice; all maintance stuff, though terribly understaffed, are very nice; you can tell they try to make the best out of this 40 years old complex.

5) Parking could be inconvenicent after 9:00 pm;

6) Dog ---- everywhere, which is a big headache. You don't want to walk in the grass!
