The management does NOT care. The gym is laughable. NOTHING works. About 40% of the lights work at night. The air conditioners work very poorly. And maintenance' HA! Just TRY to get them to fix something! It took weeks to fix things. After a year of living there, there are STILL things that are not fixed! I had a toilet that was clogged. I called at night. There was NO response. I had to fix it myself. The hall in my building was urinated on TWICE! And nothing was done about the smell. Once again, I had to buy carpet deodorizer and take care of the problem. The office staff is a joke. Maintenance 'staff' doesnt work during the weekend. Have an emergency' Forget about it. They are never around on weekends and at night. The weather now has turned cold. I wake up to a freezing apartment. I call the office to ask when they are going to turn on the boilers so I can get some heat. They said not until 20 days from the date of my call (Oct. 15th). The room for the washer and dryer smells like a sewer.
