Decent place for the age and the cost

Despite the fact that Emerald Courts was built in 1977, it is really a decent place to live.
They have specials on short-term leases as well as long-term leases. The short-term lease is really good for someone who is looking for thier first place and would like a "trial run."
They pay for the water and heat for their residents and they also let the residents use the office for making copies and using the fax machine.
The staff seems very friendly, but also seem very busy considering they have to handle all the people who live in the complex.
I like Emerald Courts, it is my first apartment and I have had little to no problems. Seriously, when you move somewhere, it's not always going to be a fairy tale. You're going to have a few bumps along the way.
