I have been here since August 2004 and I don't have any complaints. I have not encountered any of the problems that I read so far. I actually read the reviews before I moved in so I was a little scared at first. But, my apartment is really nice and when I noticed that my heater wasn't working, maintenance was at my door in like 5 minutes. I can't hear my neighbors at all and the building is clean. I have not seen any "gangs" or "drug dealers" like the other people claim to see. Please remember that 3 twelve year old black boys walking in the parking lot does not constitute a gang - not by a long shot. I don't see many police cars around either. I was told when I moved in that they have security around the premises 24 hours a day, which I don't see as a bad thing. I don't have a problem parking near my building when I come home late at night. Perhaps I am just lucky, I live in front of the complex, and maybe all the bad stuff that everyone is complaining about happens in the back (it is a huge complex). Anyway everyone, please remember that this is an apartment complex, not your house, so you will deal with certain things that may irritate you, but overall I don't think this place is half as bad as everyone is claiming.
