I just recently vacated my apartment at Emerald Courts. I would have to say that I was very impressed with the new management company. Emerald was bought out sometime in December and the changes have been great. I had problems with my neighbors almost every night and for one reason or another I noticed they were being evicted as soon as the property changed owners. My point is:the trash is being weeded out & this place is headed in the right direction.
