I lived in Emerald Courts for 2 yrs before I finally got sick and tired of the constant noise in the middle of the night. There would be groups of teenagers congregated in the parking lot, despite the signs that say no loitering, talking and fighting, cursing and just being overall rude to we who PAY to live there. I had to call the police on several occasions with no help from the management. I called to let them know and the property manager told me it was my responsibility to complain to the police, not hers. The last straw came when I arrived home from work only to find the police in the parking lot--some one had been stabbed for stealing someone elses car. On top of the ant problem I had, the broken dishwasher (they claimed they fixed it, but it was still broken), the power outages, loss of hot water, backed up kitchen sink and fights in the parking lot; the management could care less. I would not make this complex my first choice. It was great at first, but then that's how they get u!
