I have been a resident at Emerald Courts for about six months and I have not had any of the problems that some of the residents have complained about. The apartments are spacious for the low price of rent which is always a plus. The upgrades to the property have proved to be beneficial. Management is not perfect, but I think they are making the effort to make improvements on the property to change it for the better. Overall, I feel that the new management are making great changes to the property and I am satisfied. They did their best to make my moving experience a good one, and overall, were very helpful in friendly during the process. I have not had any problems with people lingering in or around the property, and if I ever had that experience I would relocate. I am a single mother and I feel very safe at home. I think that prospective tenants should experience Emerald Courts for themselves, rather than let disgruntled tenants deter them from missing out on a good thing.

You know you are right, for the first 6 months things were good for us too. But we have been in this crazy place for 2 years now and they aren't nice. Now that my husband has a good job we are leaving this place. Just wait another year then you come on here and tell me how much you like them. Sure there are some people that are nice, but not all of them. And I wouldn't excatly call it a save place I've seen things that I'm sure you haven't experienced yet. Trust me give it awhile.
