If anyone is reading this review, do not believe it! I have lived here for almost a year and have had absolutly no problems. Every place you live will raise the rent, but they do give you proper notice before they do anything. As far as the dogs mentioned in this complaint, these are very nice apartments and they don't want them trashed. I also would like to say, the maintiance is great. If I had a problem, they were there. The property manager is a fantasic person and is always willing to do whatever it takes to be sure you are happy. There is some noise, but if you want absolute silance, buy a house. Thats life. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS CRAZY LADY!!

Are you a friend or relative of the property manager. Emerald Courts and there workers are lazy and the maintiance has been in my apartment several times without asking. So I would have to say to you that either you are being really friendly with them, if you know what I mean, or you are a friend or relative. Because I can't wait to get out of the hell hole that they call apartments. I would NOT recommed this place.
