Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
I have lived in Emerald Courts for 4 years 03-07, they started to remodel and prices were going up, on top of it we needed 2 bedrooms vs. one at that time and we decided to move to a cheaper (Dynasty Pointe) place, what a mistake that was.... Our lease is up this August and we're going back, this time we're going to get a 2 bedroom there.
The only person related to me there is my sister - that lives there now and hasn't complained yet.
