This may be the nicest LOOKING place that I have ever lived in but it was definatly the worst in every other aspect. For starters, we have a really bad rain storm that ended up leaking through the roof and into the walk in closet in the master bedroom ruining EVERYTHING. Of course it happened on a weekend we were out of town so by the time we got home it reaked of mold and mildew. You think maintenance would come clean that up'''' NO! It took them over a week of us complaining for them to come out and just spray paint the ceiling. Im not sure what that fixed except you couldnt see the ring of mold.
Then during the winter our heat would not turn on. Maintenance came out right away and fixed the knob so the heat would work. The only problem is, the windows arent sealed very well so wind just blows through so the apartment never was warm. We have to purchase space heaters just to survive the winter.
That is just the beginning of a very terrible year. I would definatly NOT recommend this place. I am so glad to be out of there!!!

Thats not true , I've lived here for years the maintenaances crew is great they responed very fast to problems that need asap need. People always try to complain and complain all the time maybe its because when they live they want something in returns.

well with all that complaining maybe you should go and live in a 5 Star Hotel somewhere.....no place or complex is perfect or maybe you should go and buy yourself a house on less you already did so.

lol I dont need 5 star hotel but I certainly would like heat and no mold. I really dont think that is too much to ask for. Especially for the price we were paying to live there. Not to mention I was pregnant so the mold and the cold just made me terribly sick the whole time. I'm sure other ppl have different experiences here...I was just giving my experience. Im not sure why you are so defensive, not everyone is going to like what you like.

OK if you ok at this just so you know the mold issue is still there. They rated the parking good,well only if you are handicaped because that is the only spot opened and visitors can read english because they park every where but the visitor parking lot. Get your hicking boots !!!!
