My apartment was in reasonably good condition when I moved in, with new paint and rug (the kitchen and bathroom cabinets in my apartment are getting old and need to be replaced in the reasonably near future). The landscaping is in generally good shape, with plenty of grass and bushes. My neighbors have been great and not noisy. Management has treated me with respect and has been responsive. While no place is perfect, I've been here for two-and-a-half years and am not planning on moving out yet. While some of the apartments are section 8, not all section 8 recipients are "from hell" as some would have you believe. There are no shelters for cars. It would be nice to at least have some carports. But based on my experiences, I can easily recommend living here.
