I have lived in this apartment complex for several years and I do not feel that the office is taking precautions for the safety of the residents. A few months ago one of the resident's cars was broken into - smashed window and everything. The light in that area went out months ago and has yet to be fixed. I have noticed more and more trash laying all over the complex. Strange cars idle in the parking lots at night and speed off suddenly and loudly. Also, no speed limit it marked in this complex. There have to be more than 50 children who play outside daily with cars speeding around. The playground that they play on is rusty and a tire swing breaks off all the time, they got tired of fixing it so now the chains just hang down. There have been several issues involving the police in the last year including fights between people living in the complex without being on the lease and tenants. The police block off the entrance to the complex and searched the entire area for several hours. Be careful!
