I don't know what I liked the least:

-The fact that our shower leaked through the ceiling onto our stove every day for a year.

-The fact that I called to have it repaired 3 times and the only thing they ever did was tear a large hole in my kitchen and leave pieces of drywall everywhere. They never repaired the hole.

-The murder that happened 5 spots from where I put my car every night (http://www.nbc5.com/news/5605107/detail.html).

-The fact that we were charged rent for 4 days after our lease ended and we had moved out, we were charged late fees for not paying that rent for the period after our lease was out, and obscene cleaning fees. For example, we were charged $100 to clean the top of our stove and over $500 in full.

I've already read other reviews criticizing the one washing machine for 6 homes, the parking, Mary being rude, loud kids, etc. It seemed like a good place at first, but the combination of water dripping onto the stove every day, people being shot in the head literally right where I park, and the obscene fees when we left were too much.

Stay away... they raise your rent every year and for that money you can get more.
