We moved out of the Woodridge-ghetto to come here, and we will stay here until we outgrow our townhome. Staff is friendly and courteous, maintenance is always on top of things. It does bug me a bit the kids sit on the sidewalk stairs, but they are always courteous and don't cause trouble. Pool is sooo beautiful and the prairie preserve across the street is a great dose of nature. Maybe because we have a corner unit, but it is always as quiet as a mouse here. Residents really seem to have value in their place, and people keep things up as much as the management does because there's an overall feeling of pride in the community.
