Terrible, horrible and awful place to live

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
We lived there two years 1998-2000. It was the absolute worst. We lived on first floor - there is no sound proofing. Heard each and everything that went on upstairs - you can hear the people up above urinating day & night. People upstairs had a fat kid that did irish stomp dancing. Management was awful - terrible to deal with very upsetting. Would do nothing to stop problems. Garbage was not picked up regularly trash bins overflowed. Dogs allowed to defecate in hallways. Management would do nothing to resolve problems. Billed as luxury - couldn't be further from the truth. Locks on the main doors were often broken and not locked.Was overjoyed to leave there - we needed to go stay at the extended stay but it was much better than seven bridges.
