My wife are living here now. 3rd floor apt. The door locks on the outside door to the stairway (vs. taking the eleveator) are too finicky and rarely work. So we just take the elevator and those door knob locks are a-okay.
The hallway is a bit stuffy, but we don't really hear our neighbors. We are pretty happy with the staff. But the move in process was a bit inefficient as they failed to tell us details to make the move in process better. But this was a small road bump in this process.
The only bad thing is that the gate does not work - which we were told AFTER signing the lease and moving in. Safety was a big issue for us, so we'll see how things go.
So far so good...only 1 month into the lease.
