We moved in only a short time ago, and already have had issues with our place. We had mold growing in the dishwasher, bathrooms, and windows, and had to clean it ourselves because it wasn't already taken care of when we moved in. There is wall damage, water damage to the floors, insufficant heating, stains in the carpet, and we pay over $1,300/ month in rent alone!!! These were supposed to be "luxury" apartments, but nothing could be further from the truth. Also, the hot tub in the clubhouse... it is luke warm, if that, and the gym is a joke. The treadmills don't work well for the heavier people using them, and it is small... too small. Parking is TERRIBLE!!! You have to walk from parking lots that are not even close to your apartment, just to find somewhere to park. It is terrible when you need to get groceries or other items into your home. THe last thing that I want to do when I am comiing home from work and/or running errands is walk from acroos the community just to get home while carrying groceries. The staff is somewhat helpful,however, it appears that their only concern is getting paid. There is also ALWAYS dog feces in the grass outside of our building and we are supposed to have moved into a DOG-FREE building!!! I can't say for certain that we are planning to stay, however, if things don't get in order, we will not be renewing our lease and we will be making certain that our neighbors do not either. ATTENTION SEVEN BRIDGES: It is not hard to get control of your apartment community... please do so... other places do just fine!
