Hallways Reek!!

Unfortunately I got stuck underneath a lady with 2 large dogs, and her dogs run back and forth from one end of the apartment to the other. I'm not complaining about the dogs, but rather about the lack of sound-proofing and their pet policy. You're allowed to have as many dogs as possible, and the hallways and other public areas are beginning to reflect this bad decision by management. The hallways reek of dog-piss & animal hair, not to mention the lawns are occasionally covered with animal feces. Aside from their pet policy the only problem is parking!! what a nightmare parking is here!!!
