I have lived here for a few years now and I must say, since the proprety was taken over by lincoln proprerties it has gone way down hill. The buildings and grounds used to be kept very clean, now the are a nightmare things have been spilled onto the carpets in the entry and hallways an although reported to management are never cleaned up. There are major heating problems due to the poor construction of the buildings causing sky rocketing heating bills. My family and I moved into an apartment that had a serious and dangerious black mold problem, instead of doing anything to fix the situation, they just painted of the mold. The fountains which were once kept in absolutely lovely condition, now don't even run leaving very dirty still water as a breeding ground for musqitos. Needless to say we broke lease (at a loss to us) and moved into newer apartments just next door. I feel as though my family and I are much safer and healthier now.

Please be aware that Lincoln has only been managing this community for two months. There are a number of deferred maintenance concerns that are being encountered that existed prior to the change in management. Please rest assured that these matters are in the process of being rectified.

Nice. Blame the other people for what you can't keep up. The first response is obviously the new manager that no one ever sees.
I've lived there for a couple of years now and the Village Green manager was always great and they always fixed everything I ever asked them to do. Their maintenance guys were the BEST. The quality of day to day stuff is failing, too, Lincoln. Don't blame your predecessors!!!
