I have lived here for over a year. The first year wasn't so bad, but they have recently changed management companies and things have gotten steadily worse. The grounds are not up kept, the pool isn't cleaned regularly. The inside pool has never worked for the entire time I have lived here. The parking is awful. I can't get a space if I come in after 10:00 and am forced to park on the street or walk a block to get parking. For $1300 a month this is ridiculous. I've talked to management about these issues and have been told they are being worked on, but have seen no progress. I wouldn't have resigned a lease if I knew the management was going to be this bad. The apartments are beautiful, though. I love the floor plans, just not the rest. It's not worth the over inflated rent.

I have lived here for a long time and this new management team is not getting the job done. The indoor pool hasn't worked all summer, the manager is never there, the new maintenance staff are on call, not on site as before, the ponds are nothing more than mosquito breeding areas (i'm amazed that the county hasn't made them get the work done with West Nile) and every month people are leaving. There is almost ZERO communication between management and residents. Very disappointing. Under the old management who were extremely friendly, very pro-active and encouraged feedback, I had no problem recommending Village Green to folks that were in the market. Now, I wouldn't which is a real shame.

I agree! Is there even a manager who works here? Everytime I have an issue and go into the office the staff is not very friendly. It seems like I am more of a bother to them and there is never a manager there!!! But the apartments are great!!!
