The new management is awful. The office personnel are not helpful or professionally dressed. They are always outside sitting on the benches smoking and I think this shows a lack of respect for the tenants and the property. The apartment entrances are dirty and the carpet in the hallways is spotted and dirty. I have pointed this out and was told that repeatedly it was being worked on. Really, does it take 3 months to shampoo a rug'' The pool and fountain aren't working and haven't worked all summer. Once again, I was informed that it was being worked on, and once again have see no progress. For the rent that I pay, I'm disappointed in this place and will not renew my lease. I suggest you don't waste your time here.
