Staff is improving, with a few exceptions

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
In the last year or so, I have seen a definite improvemnet in staff attitudes. In particular, the new maintenance manager Jim is a huge step up in customer service. Unfortunately, their accounting department still acts like they took customer service lessons from a cable TV company.
