I lived here for 9 months and it was ok. Maintanence was very good, they came within a couple hours to help solve my mice problem. I had 4 mice in a 6 week period, my neighbor had 7 in 3 months. The apartment itself was ok, I had a nice view of the courtyard, bedrooms were nice size as was bathroom. I wasn't to hyped up about the front door, which was broken about 8 of the 9 months I lived there, which didn't make me feel too safe, especially when you had a drug dealer living downstairs from you with some not so pleasant visitors. The grounds were very nice and well maintained with waterfalls and lakes, sidewalks that wind through the community. The staff at the office was nice and accommodating. They have a fitness center there, but you have to go there at a certain time because it's only open for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening....and if you want to work out on the weekend, you can only go from 8am to noon on Saturday and it's closed on Sunday. If you're looking for an apartment in Woodridge, this is probably the best place though because the other ones in the area are not. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Mice on the 2nd floor??? That sounds strange!!! As, far as the office staff being friendly....I think NOT!! As far as the maintence being on time.....I think NOT!! I live in the newer rehabbed apartment, yeah it looks good on the inside, but on the outside, this place looks like crap! For the amount of rent they charge, the landscaping should be looking way better than what it does. Yeah, they have nice waterfalls and ponds, but what about the parking lot?? There is always a huge over flow of garbage in the dumpsters, there is never any parking, you have to park on the street, and then get ticketed by Woodridge PD, The doors to the apartment are always broke. You can hear everyone coming in and out the buildings, the carpet in the hallways look like crap, there is nothing luxury about this place, expect the kitchen cabinets, and the $1055 that it costs for rent. Oh yeah, the rehabbed the apartments, but forgot to redo the balcony's, they look like crap too. What about all the racoons and skunks?? They have the nerve to do so called background checks, and act like this is some upscale community, this place is a piece of crap!!! And yeah, I feel very unsafe at this place, I minds well be living in the projects!!
